Cotton On Group, a global fashion and lifestyle retailer, is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser based in NSW South Region to maintain VM standards, strengthen brand identity and support commercial goals across our stores.
In this hands-on role you will coach store teams, translate the big idea into inspiring outfits and ensure transparent sightlines and fixture flow that maximise sales. You will collaborate with Store Managers, adapt visuals to store needs, and use insights to position hero products.
