Role Description We are seeking a qualified Finance Data Analyst with advanced data analytics capabilities for a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Perform complex financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas of cost optimization and revenue enhancement

Develop a deep understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights that drive business growth

Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and executive dashboards, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels

Utilize predictive analytics and forecasting techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, enabling proactive business planning

Transform complex financial data into actionable business insights that support budget planning, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking Vendor Spend & Business Correlation Prepare comprehensive vendor spend analysis, scrutinizing large datasets to identify spending trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Correlate vendor expenditure directly with specific business activities and outcomes (e.g., product development, marketing campaigns, operational efficiency) to evaluate the financial impact, return on investment (ROI), and value-add of vendor spend

Collaborate with Logistics, Programming, and Procurement teams to develop metrics and reports that track materials and vendor performance against financial and operational targets





Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive pricing and service quality Innovation, Process Documentation & Automation Apply innovative and critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Document and implement streamlined financial and procurement processes to improve organizational efficiency, compliance, and internal controls

Lead automation initiatives within Finance and Procurement functions (e.g., utilizing advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP/FP&A; systems) to reduce manual effort, enhance data quality, and accelerate real-time analysis to support business decisions proactively

Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance analytical capabilities Qualifications & Requirements Education & Professional Certification: Required: Bachelor / Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience in a large organization

Preferred: Qualified certifications in data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate), financial modeling,



or business intelligence are advantageous Experience Requirements Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or 2-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or business intelligence roles

Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, advanced Excel/financial modeling, and financial reporting

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Core Competencies Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Project management capabilities with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Fluency in both written and spoken Nepali and English is required Technical Skills Advanced Excel financial modeling (including pivot tables, VBA, macros, advanced formulas, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis)

Tech-savvy with hands-on experience or knowledge of AI applications and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Query, machine learning basics)

Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and business intelligence platforms, including dashboard creation and data storytelling

Working knowledge or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and FP&A; software is a plus

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is desirable

Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
