Lead end-to-end financial stewardship for a complex Long Service Corporation business, partnering with executives to drive insight, governance and performance.

We are seeking an experienced and resilient Finance Manager to lead end-to-end financial management across this complex LSC business. This is a broad, hands‑on leadership role with a solid finance business partnering and advisory focus, supporting the organisation's BAU operations across revenue, expenditure and balance sheet activities.

About the team

This role sits within the Finance team in the Department of Customer Service.





Reporting to the DCS SNSW Finance Director and working closely with senior stakeholders across the LSC business, and Finance to provide insights, ensure financial governance, and support sound decision-making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end BAU financial management across the LSC business, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, analysis and insights across revenue, expenditure and balance sheet.
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality management reporting and performance analysis, enabling senior leaders to respond effectively to changing business and financial conditions.
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to the executive and senior managers, providing expert advice, trend analysis, options and impact assessments to support informed decision‑making.
