We're partnering with a well-known Australian enterprise embarking on a significant multi-year Data Transformation program. This strategic initiative is transforming the organisation's data, analytics and AI capabilities through the delivery of a modern cloud-based data platform, enabling faster decision-making, improved governance and accelerating AI adoption across the business.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of one or more large-scale workstreams, leading complex delivery across technology, data and business teams while partnering with senior executives, vendors and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Location: Sydney (3 days/week in office is mandatory)
Length: 6 months rolling
Rate: $1100-$1150/day + GST (including Super)

What you'll do

- Lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across data and technology.
- Own program planning, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Partner with senior business leaders, technology teams and external delivery partners to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.
- Lead program governance, steering committees and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Manage vendors and system integrators,



driving accountability and successful delivery.
- Support organisational change and business readiness throughout program delivery.

What you'll bring

- 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale technology, data or enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise projects within highly matrixed organisations.
- Strong background delivering cloud, data platform or data modernisation programs.
- Experience managing large program budgets and multiple concurrent work streams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and steer complex governance forums.
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators and external delivery partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise project governance, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is essential, with Agile or Protected certifications viewed favourably.
