Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest silver-lead projects.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team in a strategic hybrid role operating both in the Perth Office and Endurance's Abra Mine. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the complete People and Culture portfolio, driving organisational capability, culture, and people initiatives across Endurance Mining. This is your opportunity to be a strategic architect of our growth - building the foundations that will help define our company culture and drive our expansion.

What You’ll Own

- Leadership development and succession planning to build organisational capability and ensure continuity
- Manage and optimise information systems and HRIS to support efficient people operations and reporting
- Lead industrial relations strategy, including dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee remuneration, incentives, and benefits design to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with organisational goals
- Lead recruitment strategy and oversee talent acquisition to fill critical positions across the organisation
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing, values-aligned organisation
- Partner with site and corporate leadership to understand people needs and deliver strategic HR solutions




- Ensure compliance with WA employment law, mining regulations, and company policies
- Provide strategic HR guidance to executive leadership on organisational development and people strategy

Your Professional Foundation

- Minimum 5+ years of HR management or supervisory experience
- Proven experience managing full P&C; portfolio including recruitment, IR, remuneration, and performance management
- Mining or resources industry experience, site experience highly favoured!
- Demonstrated success in organisational transformation and culture development initiatives
- Strong knowledge of WA employment law and mining industry regulations
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS and HR systems
- Experience in enterprise bargaining and industrial relations management
- Strong strategic business acumen and ability to align HR with corporate objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence with ability to navigate complex people situations with diplomacy and discretion
- Ability to work effectively and balance corporate and operational priorities

Must-Have Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR management experience
- Demonstrated experience across full P&C; functions




- Sound understanding of WA employment legislation and industrial relations
- Professional HR qualification
