Our beautiful, purpose-built service in Deer Park provides high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years. With very low staff turnover and a strong, collaborative culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team that genuinely supports one another.

About the role:
You will support the delivery of high-quality education and care for children under 3 years of age, working closely with the Room Leader and broader team. This role suits an educator who is professional, cooperative, and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
What we are looking for:
Full-time availability across 6:30am–6:30pm.
- MUST HAVE a min 2yrs experience working with children under 3 years.
- Strong and non-negotiable commitment to child safety, safeguarding practices,
and ethical conduct at all times.
- Communicates thoughtfully and builds trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrates emotional maturity and sound professional judgement, particularly in relation to child safety.
- Confident and calm when supporting children with additional or high-support needs, using positive behaviour guidance strategies.
- Values and understands strong community connection, particularly within the Deer Park area.
- Excited by immersive, inquiry-based learning and committed to best practice.
- Demonstrates warmth, positivity, and a genuine heart for children.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a high-quality program aligned with the Service philosophy, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflection to support children’s learning and development.
- Create engaging learning environments that promote agency, choice, and inclusion.
- Build respectful relationships with families and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment at all times.
- Participate in training, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
