The Opportunity

There has never been a more exciting time to join Culture Kings. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team at Brisbane HQ, reporting to the Brand Marketing Director. This is the connective role our entire marketing engine runs through — you'll own the master Marketing Calendar and build a best-in-class Go-To-Market process that brings every campaign, product launch and collab to life across digital, retail, PR and events.

The Role

- Own and maintain the master Marketing Calendar across all channels — digital, retail, wholesale, PR and events — balancing brand-building moments with key trading periods
- Build, implement and refine a structured GTM framework for campaigns and product launches: objectives and KPIs, messaging and storytelling, channel strategy and rollout
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, PR and events
- Act as the central coordinator connecting Brand, Creative, Digital, Paid Media, PR, Retail and Wholesale — running WIPs, GTM kick-offs and campaign alignment meetings
- Own brand positioning,



voice and identity, keeping the brand consistent and culturally relevant across every touchpoint
- Own content strategy across social, email, website and in-store, and drive a high-performing email marketing program
- Grow our community through events, activations, collabs and partnerships, and lead PR and media engagement
- Use data and insights to inform decisions — define KPIs, track performance weekly, report on ROI and optimise
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation with solid ROI focus
- Support and mentor junior team members and set the pace for a high-performing team

About You

- 5+ years' marketing experience within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle or premium retail
- Proven ownership of a multi-channel marketing calendar and campaign delivery from brief to launch
- Experience building or running structured GTM processes in a fast-moving retail environment
- A natural orchestrator — you align creative, digital, retail and PR teams and keep everyone moving
- Commercially sharp with robust analytical skills; you balance brand and trading priorities with confidence
- Hands-on email/CRM and content strategy experience
- Deeply connected to streetwear, music and youth culture — you get the world we play in
