Mint Financial Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Financial Adviser to join our growing team. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Oakleigh East, VIC. As a Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive advice and personalised financial planning solutions. This position is central to our mission of delivering exceptional financial services and building long-term relationships with our clients.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting detailed financial assessments and needs analysis for new and existing clients
- Developing tailored financial plans covering investment, superannuation, insurance, and retirement strategies
- Providing ongoing advice and recommendations aligned with clients' changing circumstances and objectives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact and reviews
- Conducting fact-finding sessions to understand clients' financial situations, goals and risk tolerance
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports and presenting recommendations to clients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial services laws, regulations and company policies
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services
- Maintaining accurate and detailed client records and documentation
- Staying current with market trends, financial products and regulatory changes

What we're looking for

- Completion of formal financial planning qualifications or equivalent experience in financial advisory
- Knowledge of superannuation, investment, insurance and retirement planning principles




- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible manner
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proficiency with financial planning software and general computer literacy
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within financial services
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships
- Experience in a client-facing advisory role
