We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Cleaning and Laundry Team Leader to support our client’s aged care facility in Eltham, VIC. If you take pride in creating clean, secure, and welcoming spaces—and enjoy leading a supportive team—this role is a fantastic opportunity!

What You’ll Need
- A current Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) is required for this role.
Duties Include
- Perform and supervise cleaning in an Aged Care facility including resident rooms, public areas, toilets and dining rooms etc.
- Sweeping, vacuuming. mopping and participatein the infection control program
- Maintains records of completion of cleaning schedule duties
- Safe storage and use of cleaning agents including correct cleaning agents used in correct quantities.
- Waste Management
- Staff Management and training
Key Attributes
- Excellent communication skills - proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Dedication and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Safe use of chemicals
- Knowledge of Work, Health & Safetyand Infection Control
- High level of respect for the elderly and experience in aged care cleaning will be a bonus.
