As a Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent you will have a visible passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of the Front Office Team which is the main connection between the guest, the hotel, and other hotel departments. A Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent influences the first impressions of our guests and is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Welcome and fulfil the check-in process for guests and group arrivals
- Complete the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems
- Manage guest requests, inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and events




- Perform incoming communication duties, including taking reservations

As a successful candidate you will have:

- Calm, efficient and organised with great attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude
- Computer literate and able to navigate hotel systems
- Ability and flexibility to work in a 7-day rotating roster

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $33.38 per hour
