The role and key duties
Service guest rooms and complete room cleans to Ardour brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of restaurants, spa facilities, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Replenish guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Essential criteria required to be considered
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably within hospitality
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness to perform housekeeping duties
