We are looking for customer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Supervisors & Attendants in our busy hotel.

Proficiency in either Vietnamese or Chinese is highly valued for this role.

We have positions available for immediate start. Flexibility across 7 days.

Must have RSA and RSG & gaming experience held high.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality
- Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space
- Adhere to current VCGLR regulations and company policies
- These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends.

Requirements

- RSA qualifications are required.
- Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.
- Must have current working rights in Australia.
