Polymer Processors – recycling plastics since 1987 is seeking a Factory Operator (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) for an Afternoon Shift in Mordialloc. This full-time role involves manual feeding of plastic material into machinery, maintaining a clean, secure workplace and performing general hand/yard duties under the shift manager.
Physical fitness and a proactive safety mindset are essential, with preference for teamwork and autonomy. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
