We’re looking for a energetic and detail-driven Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team at Jellis Craig Geelong.

This full-time role plays a vital part in driving agent visibility, campaign success, and brand consistency across all platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing for property listings, coordinate office and agent promotion, oversee sponsorships, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness
- Running our social media and email marketing platforms
- Overseeing marketing compliance and supplier coordination
- Supporting agent onboarding and promotional materials
- Building and managing local sponsorship relationships
- Providing performance insights and marketing reporting to leadership

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate




- Is proficient in design platforms, social media scheduling tools, and has experience with Real Estate CRMs (Box & Dice)
- Brings strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management
- Has a genuine passion for branding, community engagement, and sponsorship partnerships

Requirements:

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Equivalent
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- Police Check
- Strong administration and communication skills
