About the role

Reporting tothe Manager Organisational Planning and Strategy the Coordinator StrategicService Planning plays a key role in helping Council deliver high-quality,future-focused services that provide value to the community. This position hasbeen established to support the implementation and continuous improvement ofCouncil's Strategic Service Planning program.

You willlead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Council-widestrategic service planning. You will work closely with service owners andstakeholders to design and deliver service reviews, provide expert advice onservice planning methodologies, identify opportunities for innovation andefficiency,



and support evidence-based decision-making. This role will buildorganisational capability through training, coaching and facilitation whilecontributing to Council's long-term strategic objectives and integratedplanning framework.

Aboutyou

- Experienced strategicplanning and continuous improvement professional with strong analytical,project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leadingservice planning, service design, evaluation and review activities, and canconfidently interpret complex information to provide practical, evidence-basedrecommendations.
- Collaborativerelationship builder who is comfortable working across all levels of anorganisation and facilitating workshops, training sessions and stakeholderdiscussions.
- Strong financialacumen, sound judgement and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for theorganisation and community.
- Qualifications and/orrelevant experience in project management, service model review, financialanalysis or a related discipline will be highly regarded
