Dolphin Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic projects team. This is a full-time position based in Beresfield, NSW, offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in construction project management. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in coordinating and delivering construction projects from conception through to completion. This role is fundamental to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting senior project managers in the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects
- Monitoring project progress, timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to project schedules
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports and records
- Conducting site inspections and documenting project status updates
- Supporting the management of project risks and identifying potential issues before they escalate
- Assisting with procurement activities and managing project resource allocation
- Contributing to continuous improvement in project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualification in construction management, civil engineering, building or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management software
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety practices and relevant legislation
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify solutions and make practical decisions
- Team‑oriented approach with a willingness to learn and develop professional expertise
- Current driver's licence and willingness to attend construction sites
- Desirable: Experience in construction project coordination or similar role; membership or study towards membership of a relevant qualified body such as the Australian Institute of Project Management
