Part-time Finance Officer to support the Finance Manager with AP, AR and system integration

This well-established and respected operator in the supply of construction materials, is looking to improve their finance functions and review potential system upgrades and improvements.
Your new role
Supporting the Finance Manager with the day-to-day AP and AR functions, you will ensure the AP inbox is managed efficiently, and take responsibility for reconciliations, data entry of invoices, administration, liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficiency across transactional activities and preparing timely and accurate reports.
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge and all-round experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What you'll get in return
