The Financial

Analyst will support entry-level financial analysis activities, including reviewing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and preparing basic financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing financial data, performing variance and trend analyses, supporting financial planning initiatives, and helping ensure the accuracy of financial records. The role also involves collaborating with team members to interpret financial information, preparing summaries for internal stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements in reporting and analysis workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data and identify trends.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and financial planning,



with interest in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ability to understand and work with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Experience or coursework related to financial reporting, including preparing or supporting standard reports and summaries.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or similar software).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
