About the Role

As a Fitstop Coach, you'll:

- Deliver high-energy group training sessions.
- Coach and correct movement with confidence.
- Build genuine relationships with members.
- Create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Celebrate member wins and help keep motivation high.
- Assist with gym presentation and equipment standards.
- Support community events, challenges and club culture.

About You

You'll be someone who





- Has a passion for health and fitness.
- Loves working with people.
- Is confident coaching groups of all fitness levels.
- Brings positive energy and enthusiasm every day.
- Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team.
- Is reliable, professional and takes pride in what they do.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Availability for early mornings and/or afternoons
- Experience coaching group fitness is highly regarded
