Provide hands-on service, utilising your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining environments

Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings, confidently make recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements

Create a welcoming, engaging and memorable guest experience

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery





Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements Team Leaders: Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently executed

Support team capability through on-the-job coaching, training and performance guidance

Drive sales through effective upselling and execution of promotional initiatives

Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture More About You Previous experience in food and beverage service within a volume driven venue

Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates

Team Leaders: Approved Manager’s Card and demonstrated leadership experience

Barista and bartender skills is highly desirable

Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
