The Meat & Wine Co Canberra are looking for experienced and dedicated Wait Staff to become part of their professional and hard-working team.

The successful applicants will have:

- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service

- Previous A La Carte restaurant experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables 2-3 years experience

- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests
- steak knowledge preferred

- Basic allergen understanding
- A current RSA

- Willingness to undergo our specified training program

- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays





- Positive and clear communication skills to interact with guests and team members

- Own vehicle preferred to be able to stay past 11pm if requred
