We're searching for a Food, Beverage & Experiences Manager who can turn our restaurants, bar and event spaces into some of Adelaide's most talked-about destinations.

The Role

Yes, you'll oversee our restaurants, bars and events.

But honestly, we assume you already know how to do that.

What we're really looking for is someone who thinks beyond operations.

Someone who constantly asks

"Why would someone choose to spend their evening here?"

You live and breathe experiences.

You know which DJ is right for a Friday sunset session.

You understand how to create programming that makes locals feel like they're part of something.

You know that a Tuesday night can be just as exciting as a Saturday if you create the right atmosphere.

You obsess over energy, not just efficiency.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales and the wider hotel team to create a calendar of experiences that keeps Treehouse Adelaide buzzing all year round.

What You'll Be Doing

- Creating unforgettable food,



beverage and social experiences.
- Developing programming that builds genuine community engagement.
- Curating live music, DJs, artists, wellness events, collaborations and seasonal activations.
- Building relationships with Adelaide's creative community, producers, makers and local businesses.
- Creating reasons for locals to visit—and return.
- Leading restaurants, bars and event operations to exceptional standards.
- Inspiring and developing a passionate team who genuinely love creating memorable guest experiences.
- Partnering with Marketing to deliver compelling storytelling and activations.
- Working alongside Revenue and Sales to maximise commercial performance without compromising authenticity.
- Constantly looking for new ideas that keep the hotel fresh, relevant and talked about.

About You You probably come from luxury hospitality.

Or maybe you've built a cult venue.

Perhaps you've created experiences people queue for?
