This position at Vision Lending and Finance is a key role within our Mortgages division, located in Camberwell, VIC. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and guidance to our clients throughout the entire loan application and approval process.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity and servicing.
- Interpret complex financial documents for self‑employed and entity structure clients and determine loan structures to achieve client outcomes.
- Research and develop loan strategies
- Lender and policy analysis and negotiations to meet client outcomes.
- Finance application compilation – work in conjunction with clients to complete expenses analysis, supporting document collation, application preparation and lodgment.
- Review and ensure file is complete and compliant.
- Monitor and maintain loan applications through to settlement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Finance Broking is essential.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential.
