The Role

- Work alongside experienced electricians on rooftop and ground-mount solar, batteries, EV chargers, switchboards and general electrical.

- Install and service HVAC systems, including ducted units and split systems.

- Assist with cable runs, terminations, testing and fault-finding.

- Keep worksites safe, tidy and completed to a high standard.

- Take pride in neat workmanship - if it isn’t neat, it isn’t finished.

You’ll Need

- To be a current 3rd or 4th-year electrical apprentice.

- A current driver’s licence and White Card.

- To be comfortable working on roofs and at heights.

- Your own basic hand tools- we supply the rest.

- Protected work habits, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

- A reliable attitude and willingness to learn.

Solar or HVAC experience is an advantage, but it isn’t essential.

Nice to Have

- Working at Heights or EWP tickets.

- Solar accreditation exposure.

- Experience with Fronius, BYD, Sigenergy or Victron equipment.

- Experience installing ducted or split-system air conditioning.
