Bakers Delight Maiden Gully is excited to announce that their store will be opening in November 2026.
We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic sales assistants to join our recent bakery. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with the sale of our freshly baked bread and bread products, and supporting the overall operations of the store.
We are looking at a range of full time, part time and casual positions.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting customers and providing friendly and helpful service
- Assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have
- Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
- Replenishing and maintaining the display of products in the store
- Ensuring the store is clean,
tidy and well-presented at all times
- Supporting the sales manager with other duties as required
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, this will include weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for the Bakers Delight brand and a desire to contribute to the success of the store
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
