About the Role
As part of our ongoing growth, this newly created role will play a key part in sourcing top-tier frontline candidates within the security and cleaning sectors, driving best recruitment practices, and supporting smooth contract transitions.
In this role, you will manage high-volume recruitment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we attract the best talent.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple frontline roles, including security and cleaning positions, ensuring efficient and timely placement of candidates.
- Manage the recruitment of all professional roles in the business across Australia and New Zealand.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Continuously review and implement best practices in recruitment, ensuring the most effective processes are in place to attract quality candidates
- Deliver an exceptional experience for all candidates.
- Prescreen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings,
ensuring a steady pipeline for high-volume hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on interviewing best practices to enhance their selection skills and ensure a consistent, effective hiring process.
- Manage the talent strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Optimise systems and processes in the talent function.
Here's what we hope you bring to the table:
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment, whether from an agency or in-house background, is a huge plus!
- You're someone who thrives on continuous improvement and has a keen eye for optimising systems and processes. But it's not just about the details you're a people person at heart, with a natural talent for building connections and confidently speaking up to improve best practice.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate selection processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software would be highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the recruitment process.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
