What You’ll Be Doing

As one of our Founding Casual Sales Associates, you are the heart and soul of the shop floor. You aren't just selling gear; you’re sharing the Ringers Western story with every customer who walks through the doors.





Your day-to-day will include:

- Brand Ambassadorship: Living the lifestyle and being the warm, welcoming face of Ringers Western.

- Product Expertise: Helping customers find the perfect gear and telling the story behind what we make.

- Creating the Vibe: Owning the store energy to deliver an authentic, high-energy, and memorable customer experience.

- Keeping it Sharp: Taking pride in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations so the store always looks its best.

We can teach you the ropes, but we can't teach passion. We’re looking for genuine, hard-working team players who bring the right attitude and a true love for the brand.
