Description: Prestige Civil Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Premix Concrete division.

This is a hands‑on sales role focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and growing our presence across Melbourne’s civil construction and concrete markets. You will work closely with our operational team to ensure customers receive reliable service, competitive solutions and a high‑quality product.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the Premix Concrete division.
- Develop and maintain relationships with civil contractors, builders, developers and other industry customers.
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.
- Prepare pricing, quotes, tenders and commercial proposals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on opportunities and results.
- Monitor market activity, customer demand and competitor movements.
- Work closely with operations to ensure customer requirements can be met.
- Follow up customer enquiries and resolve service or commercial issues promptly.
- Represent Prestige Civil Group professionally at client meetings, industry events and on project sites.
- Support the achievement of revenue, margin and volume targets.





About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous business development or sales experience within premix concrete, construction materials, civil construction or a related industry.
- Established industry relationships and a solid understanding of the Melbourne construction market.
- Sound commercial awareness, including experience with pricing, margins and contract negotiations.
- The ability to develop new business while maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
- A proactive and results‑focused approach.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.

Technical knowledge of premix concrete products will be highly regarded.
