Zeally Bay Sourdough in Torquay is a purpose-driven organic bakery seeking a Sourdough Baker to join our small, skilled team for daytime hours.
We bake 100% certified organic sourdough and pastries with ethical ingredients; we value craft, sustainability, teamwork and mentoring apprentices. Applicants should have 3–5 years baking experience and a Certificate III in Patisserie or Retail Baking (Bread) with a passion to lead and improve.
