Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a leading warehouse and distribution company based in Port Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing Monday to Friday work in a fast-paced environment.

- Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- $34.00 per hour

About your new role

- Operating a counterbalance forklift for approximately 30% of the shift
- Organising and stacking boxes onto pallets for approximately 70% of the shift
- Loading trucks safely and efficiently
- Building and stacking pallets to a high standard
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About you

- Current LF Forklift Licence is essential




- Previous counterbalance forklift experienceExperience stacking pallets and loading trucks
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Looking for long-term, ongoing employment
- Full Australian working rights
- Able to complete pre-employment requirements before commencing
