The Opportunity This is not a traditional finance role. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a commercially focused leader who turns financial insight into action — influencing decisions that drive revenue growth, cost discipline, and operational excellence. You will partner across three key areas:

- A portfolio of hospitals
- Group Services functions
- Pricing strategy and governance

Success in this role is defined not by reporting, but by impact — the quality of decisions you help shape and the outcomes you help deliver.

What You’ll Do

Hospital Business Partnering

- Act as the trusted finance partner to a portfolio of hospitals
- Translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks
- Drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
- Build business cases and model performance improvement initiatives
- Identify risks and opportunities early, influencing outcomes
- Build financial capability across non-finance leaders

Group Services Business Partnering

- Partner with Executive, IT, Finance, Marketing, and People & Culture
- Deliver transparent and meaningful cost reporting
- Lead budgeting and cost management across functions
- Drive efficiency and disciplined spend
- Support decision-making through strong financial insight and governance

Pricing Strategy & Performance





- Lead pricing strategy and architecture across the business
- Establish governance, controls, and approval frameworks
- Build models, scenarios, and pricing structures
- Deliver market and competitor insightsTrack performance and improve pricing outcomes
- Support new site pricing and continuous improvement of systems and tools

- High-quality, reliable forecasts across hospitals and corporate functions
- Clear contribution to revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Strong control and visibility of the Group cost base
- A structured, well-governed pricing framework
- Trusted partnerships with operational and executive leaders

About You

You are a commercially minded finance leader who thrives on influencing outcomes and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Essential

- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link numbers to strategy
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability
- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or margin improvement
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
- Strong systems capability and advanced Excel/data manipulation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar

Desirable

- Experience in multi-site environments
- Exposure to pricing governance and frameworks
- Experience partnering both operations and corporate functions
- CA/CPA (or equivalent)
- Experience with TM1
