St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Dietitian at The Mater hospital in North Sydney to develop, implement and review individualized nutrition care plans, including timely follow up assessments and SGAs in line with organisational policy.

You will work closely with medical, nursing, allied health and food services teams to deliver coordinated patient-centred care, and identify nutrition-related morbidities to support accurate clinical coding and patient care.
