Responsibilities

You will play a key role in providing high-quality serviceby managing customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintainingstrong internal collaboration to ensure every customer receives the bestpossible experience. The business has expanded and require new team members to assist the new customer base this has created.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls andemails professionally
- Resolve customer queries efficiently andempathetically
- Provide accurate information about products andservices
- Maintain customer records and update internaldatabases




- Work closely with other departments to ensurecustomer satisfaction

Your Profile

- Have ability to commence immediately
- Be an Australian Citizen or have a permanentresidency
- 1-2 years’ experience in call centre/officeenvironment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and databases to complete calls
- Passion to grow within a company
- Willingness to learn
- Team Player

Be available to work until fully trained - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm in the office in Sunshine

Once trained be willing to be adaptable to work with a chosen team from 6.30am - 7.30pm (various start times dependant on state team you will be working in ) - Monday to Friday - hybrid role

- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, (flexible)
- Hybrid position
- $37.50 per hour - casual rate
- 40% working from home - once fully trained
- Consistent ongoing role with scope for permanent employment
