Our client based in Hallam, VIC is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join their team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team‑focused environment.

About the Role

Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for assisting with general manufacturing and workshop duties while ensuring a secure, clean, and organised workspace at all times.

Shift Details

- Day Shift: 7am – 3:30pm $40 per hour
- Afternoon Shift 3:30pm - 12pm $47 per hour
- Must be available for daily overtime as required
- Occasional Saturday morning work may be required

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment




- Experience using hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable Skills & Experience (Not Essential)

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of hazardous substance handling
- Experience working with fibreglass and resin
- Forklift licence
- Overhead crane experience
