SENIOR SPARE PARTS INTERPRETER - TRUGANINA BASED

Our client a major heavy capital equipment who are a global firm and well respected require a Senior Spare Parts Interpreter for their busy state of the art work site environment in Truganina.

They will give you support for career advancement and product training when required. A super package is on offer for a person that has worked as a Spare Parts Interpreter- we are looking for a person that has been in a busy parts dept for at least 4 years.

You will require the following skills:

- Must have Spare Parts interpreting skills in either and or heavy vehicle, capital equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, large forklifts, earth moving equipment.
- Excellent customer service and able to follow up in a timely manner
- Excellent Presentation and communication- great phone manner- Able to think on your feet, deal with any issues that may arise.
- Stock-taking and inventory management
- End-to-end customer support; liaising with customers,



qualifying and generating estimates, processing sales orders, and invoicing ETC
- Receipting and dispatching of after-sales goods
- Generating purchase orders and co-ordinating suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Able to work overtime if and when required
- Able to work in a fast-paced service parts area and get on well with other team members
- Must have valuable computer skills and have worked with a parts software package of kinds
- Understand stock control systems programs and work in the OH & S company guidelines that are required
- Must live in the Western Suburbs and have a current Victorian drivers licence
