Assistant Nurse Unit Manager – Theatre | Melbourne

An exciting opportunity is available for a highly experienced Registered Nurse tojoin a wonderful leadership team as an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a permanent full-time position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the ANUM for our Theatre Ward,you will review, plan, oversee and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Nurse Unit Manager. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role consists of clinical aptitude, dynamic planning and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to our patients.

REQUIREMENTS

- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum5 years'experience working in an acute setting;
- Theatre experience is advantageous but not essential;
- Clinical leadership experience or postgraduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded;
- Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development.

REMUNERATION

A base hourly rate of$57.44 -$59.33+ superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
