What you'll do

- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events aimed at promoting Lot Fourteen and its associated initiatives, ensuring each event aligns with the district's strategic goals.
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies that effectively engage both stakeholders and the general public, utilizing various channels to maximize outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding for all events and communications.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events and communication efforts, using feedback to continuously improve future initiatives.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including newsletters, social media, and press releases, to keep the community informed about Lot Fourteen's developments.




- Manage budgets and resources for events, ensuring all activities are delivered within financial constraints while achieving desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community groups, to foster collaboration and support for Lot Fourteen.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations that highlight the impact and achievements of Lot Fourteen, contributing to strategic planning discussions.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a closely related discipline is essential.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in event coordination or communications roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven experience in juggling multiple projects at once, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and events, making data-driven decisions for improvements.




- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering a cooperative environment.

Nice to have

- Previous experience working within the public sector or with government agencies, providing insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and their role in modern public engagement strategies.

- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups and individuals.
