We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate engineer (Mechanical or Mechatronics to join our Maintenance team on a max term contact for 12 months. In this role, you will:
- Support reliability improvement initiatives by analysing equipment performance and maintenance data
- Assist in identifying recurring equipment failures and participate in root cause analysis investigations
- Help develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Maintain and update asset information within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Track and report maintenance KPIs including downtime,
equipment reliability, work order compliance, and maintenance costs
About You
- Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in maintenance, asset management, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to a successful & innovative global FMCG business with a portfolio of iconic and well-known brands
