Due to growth we are seeking a Foreperson Painter to join our Sunshine Coast team, working out of the Noosa end of the of the region. This is a full time permanent role.
You will be on the tools and required to: Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely
Coordinate employees and equipment/materials
Supervise employees and apprentices
Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks,
update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn What You Need To Succeed Must be a trade qualified painter, ideally with commercial painting experience
EWP licenses are desirable
Experience in managing small painting teams A strong focus on safety, including using online safety systems What To Expect From Us Great hourly rate, plus supervisor allowance, a daily travel allowance, plus super - paid weekly.
