About the role

Komform Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters and Labourers to join our team on a casual basis for the Kidston Pumped Storage Hydro Project in Einasleigh, Queensland. This FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) role operates on a 2-week on, 1-week off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

- Constructing and assembling formwork systems for concrete pouring
- Disassembling and reusing formwork materials
- Performing general labouring duties to support the carpentry team
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Adhering to project timelines and quality requirements

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter or Labourer, ideally in the civil construction industry
- Solid carpentry skills, including the ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities




- Commitment to working safely and following all relevant procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Current driver's licence
