Our flagship platform, Thadus CodeLabs, is an offline-first coding platform used by thousands of students daily across multiple countries. Through partnerships with NGOs, schools and governments, we're helping young people develop the digital skills needed for the future.
As we launch our global Code Without Barriers campaign, we're looking for our first Founding Marketing Lead to help build the Thadus brand from the ground up. What you'll do
Develop and execute our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
Build a strong and consistent global brand for Thadus Group.
Create engaging content showcasing our platform, deployments and impact.
Support the launch and growth of the Code Without Barriers campaign.
Work closely with our founders on marketing strategy and storytelling.
Help position Thadus as a recognised leader in accessible computer science education. We're looking for someone who
Is currently studying (or recently graduated in) Marketing, Communications, Creative Industries, Design, Media or a related field.
Has strong social media and content creation skills.
Enjoys building brands and telling compelling stories.
Is confident creating graphics, short-form videos and LinkedIn content.
Ideally has experience growing a personal brand or managing social media for an organisation. Why join us?
This is a unique prospect to become one of the earliest members of a fast-growing international startup. You'll work directly with the founders, take ownership of a global brand, build an outstanding portfolio and gain hands-on experience across strategy, branding and growth.
As an early-stage startup, we're currently unable to offer a salary. However, this role offers significant responsibility, mentorship and real ownership from day one, with the intention of transitioning into a paid position as the company continues to grow.
