FP&A; Manager | Purpose-Led Organisation

Salary: Up to $180,000 package (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a high-performing Enterprise FP&A; team responsible for shaping the organisation's medium and long-term financial direction. This team owns the 3-5 year strategic planning process, develops and enhances sophisticated financial models, and provides the insights that influence executive decision-making.

Unlike many FP&A; roles, this position has an enterprise-wide view of the organisation. Commercial Finance teams across the business consolidate their forecasts and results into your team, giving you visibility across the full P&L; and the prospect to influence strategy at the highest level.

This is far more than reporting. You'll be interpreting data, identifying trends, challenging assumptions, and presenting meaningful insights to senior executives that drive business decisions.

About You

- Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- A naturally curious mindset that enjoys asking "why" and influencing business outcomes rather than simply producing reports.
