? The Role

As a Fresher Data Analyst , you will collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data to support business operations and strategic decision-making. ? Key Responsibilities

✅ Collect, organise, clean, and validate data from multiple business sources.

✅ Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

✅ Support senior analysts with data modelling and business intelligence projects.

✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

✅ Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.

✅ Document analytical processes and maintain reporting standards.

? Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.

✔ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

✔ Basic understanding of SQL is preferred.

✔ Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is an advantage but not required .

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

✔ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

✔ Academic projects, internships, or personal data analysis projects are beneficial but not essential .
