? The Role

As a Fresher Data Analyst , you'll assist in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to prepare reports, identify trends, maintain data quality, and contribute to projects that improve operational performance.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

✅ Organize datasets and maintain accurate databases.

✅ Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and visual presentations.

✅ Analyze business data to identify trends and patterns.

✅ Support senior analysts with research and data projects.

✅ Assist in developing reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.

✅ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights.

✅ Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.





✅ Document analytical processes and maintain reporting standards.

? Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

✔ Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is an advantage but not required.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

✔ Good written and verbal communication skills.

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

✔ Eagerness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.

✔ Internship, academic projects, or personal data analysis projects are a plus.
