About the role

As a Front Counter Sales Person, your main duties will include customer service in person and via phone; sales and enquiries, stock and parts ordering, store/shop presentation, receiving deliveries, restocking, general administration and other general duties. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with overtime required at peak times. No weekend work required. Part time available for the right candidate.

· Sound written and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrated computer skills

· Good communication skills

· Customer service experience

· Well presented, punctual and reliable

· Ability to deal with customers on all levels

· Ability to multi-task

Experience with P.O.S. software would be an advantage (training provided)

This is an opportunity to join a thriving family owned and operated business, well known for the supply and installation of irrigation systems to the agricultural sector as well as engineering. The Directors are very much hands on and work with staff on a daily basis.
