We're seeking a friendly and organised Front of House Customer Service Officer to join a professional organisation, delivering exceptional reception and workplace support within a modern office environment.

This is an excellent temporary contract working 3 days per week, ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse, customer-focused role and takes pride in creating a positive first impression.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, clients and employees while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients and contractors with a warm and professional approach.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always presented to a high standard.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to email enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access and catering requirements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Assist with office supplies and general workplace requests.





About You You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in reception, front of house, customer service or office administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished and professional presentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Availability to commence immediately.
