2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Front of House Supervisor (Part/Full Time) The front of house staff are the face of our business. As a waiter/waitress you are expected to be a hands on Supervisor, well groomed at all times, punctual, friendly and have a smile at all times. Your best customer service is a must for our patrons. Other duties include:

Supervisory Leadership is a must





Oversee the front of house operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless and productive service.

Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.

Take customer orders.

Promoting specials to patrons.

Set up and closing duties.

Cashing up About you

Must have bar & coffee making experience

Minimum 2/3 years wait/staff experience with supervisory experience.

A current RSA Certificate.

Availability on weekends is a must.

You have an excellent communication skills.
