As the Fulfillment Centre Manager, this senior leadership role will oversee the operations of our state‑of-the-art automated Sydney Fulfilment Centre (SFC) located in Marsden Park which is approximately 49 kms from Sydney CBD.

In this role, you will ensure the efficient and quality‑assured distribution of pharmaceutical and health & beauty products. You’ll lead a team of skilled professionals, driving site performance to meet critical safety, service, cost, cultural and continuous improvement KPIs while ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.
