The role

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, your key responsibilities will include:

- Integrate and develop our financial systems with blockchain currencies and banks
- Integration of user-facing elements and features
- Responsible for executing product maintenance as required




- Provide technical support to our customer support team as required
- Deliver code that is reusable, testable, and efficient
- Design and implementation of performant, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection

Key Requirements:

- Proficient with Microsoft’s development stack (.NET Core, WebAPI, Azure, C#, SQL) and various frameworks
- Experience in front-end frameworks such as Vue or React
- Experience developing cloud-native applications
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases experiences preferred
- Knowledge of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application is preferred but not essential

Our Development Process The development process has a focus on solving the tasks that users have while also being consistent within the domain concepts within a given application. The team has a prioritised list of backlog items and multiple people may be working on the same item at the same time.



Incremental changes are encouraged and deployed as the work progresses and uses feature toggles when needed. The work we do is focused on providing value to the business and users while also maintaining and improving the architecture of the system. There is open discussion in the team around the business logic, domain concepts and technical concepts to share knowledge and achieve the best outcome. Tasks are product focused and also include domain concepts so that there is consistency across the system.
