The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to take features from concept to production, not just implement designs handed to you. You'll work directly with product to design and build experiences across our entire platform, and you'll use AI-assisted tooling to move faster than a traditional dev cycle allows.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and ship fully functioning features across the platform, end to end
- Work directly with full stack rails environment, APIs and backend services to deliver complete solutions, not just UI
- Use AI tools to speed up development and iteration
- Build dashboards, data-dense views, and workflow-driven UI for real operational decisions
- Improve performance, responsiveness, and usability across a live production system

What We're Looking For





- Strong front end experience with Ruby on Rails, React, Javascript, React Native

- Track record of shipping features independently, not just executing tickets
- Genuine fluency with AI-assisted development tools (not just aware of them) - especially Cursor

- Sharp problem-solving instincts and attention to detail in a live, evolving product
- We are looking for someone who can work as a full stack engineer with proficiency in UI/UX who can own the front end space from a technical perspective and user experience perspective.

Nice to Have

- Experience with data visualisation or complex, data-heavy tables
- Background in SaaS or operational/industrial platforms
- Experience building AI-assisted or AI-driven product features
